DESCRIPTION:The Combined Church Family Camp with LifeHouse church. \nCabins & Camping/Caravan Sites are both available. Bookings are through the Tourist Park direct on 6569 5555. Mention you are with the LifeHouse Church booking group. \nCosts : Cabins $79.00 twin share per night (extra for linen & extra people) Camping/Caravan sites $31.00 twin share per night (extra for extra people) \nWe’ll be having our regular Sunday morning church service in the Wool Shed at the Tourist Park & will finish the day with a BBQ lunch. \nA GENERAL ITINERARY FOR THE WEEKEND IS: \nFriday afternoon/night – check in\, settle\, casual dinner together in the Big Tent. \nSaturday – various organised activities; ie Scavenger hunt\, kids activities\, Raft Race\, etc. If you would like to host a group activity such as a beach walk or football or something\, please let me know. \nSaturday night – Talent Quest in the Big Tent – you are encouraged to prepare something individually\, or as a family\, as an item to showcase on the night. \nSunday morning – Camp Church service in the Hall at 10:30am. \nRAFT RACE ACROSS THE RIVER AT VALLA! \nWe have been asked as a church to have a team (or two) to build a raft on site to race across the river! \nThe Youth are also encouraged to participate by building a raft. \nThe rules for the raft are as follows: \n\nSize must be within 2-2.5m long and 1.5-2m wide\nNo mechanical or sail power\, only rowing to get across the river\nOnly glue & rope to build with\, no nails\, screws\, etc.\nMinimum 4 people on raft while crossing the creek\n\nThis should be a fun weekend fellowshipping with other churches in the District. Please make an effort to attend\, even if you are not staying on site.
